Melanie will unlock the potential of your team with a tailored session designed to help them discover their individual and collective strengths, foster an appreciation for diverse forms of diversity and work styles, and collaborate effectively to achieve high performance.

Strengths Analysis and Insights

  • Melanie will design and deliver a personalised coaching and development session that focuses on your team’s strengths. The session will provide an overview of strengths and allow for individual and team exercises. Depending on your needs, the session will be 2.5 – 3.5 hours.
  • Melanie will meet with you before the session to guide you through the initial analysis of your team and agree on the session design.
  • A team strengths grid will be produced based on the team’s Top 5 and 10 talents to support team development and coaching. Key insights into the team’s top 10 strengths and styles will be identified for discussion.
  • Written deliverables on agreed action steps can be requested.

Team Challenge

Sessions are designed to include a team challenge where the teams must work together and then debrief how their strengths enabled or hindered their success.

Personal Development

People who identify their talents and build them into strengths lead more successful and happier personal lives and careers. They will experience greater motivation and energy to fuel their individual performance.

Team sessions not only provide the team with development but also enable each individual access to personal development and growth. Strengths-based coaching is a powerful way of empowering people and teams to reach their potential.

Gallup Certified – Strengths Coach

Melanie has years of experience as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, developing strength-based teams. Recertification exams are required every three years to maintain certification status and access to ongoing learning and development.
